As of now - all services are restored in full. Further maintenance will be scheduled in the near future for 3AX-307 rack to be migrated from the legacy equipment to our newest network stack.

Unfortunately, we've been delayed with debugging the switch. We're currently deploying a new switch and slowly bringing services back online. As of now - all virtual machines are up and running.

We've detected an issue with our switch in rack 3AX-307 in Sofia, which is affecting dedicated servers provisioned in this rack, along with the following nodes: sofkvm04 sofovz04 sofovz05 sofstorage02
We're actively working to restore connectivity.
