Our technicians swapped out a controller and booted up the server. All VPS are back online and no further outages are to be expected as system is stable now.

Identified
As of 15 minutes ago, our sofovz05 node, along with all the VPS hosted on it went unreachable. We've identified a hardware problem and our on-site staff will proceed with further debugging and replacing hardware as needed.
